In my time at DRAFTFCB I worked on most things Honda, from launching new cars into the market, to the smallest DM piece.
These are just a few of my favourite Honda pieces.
Civic Hybrid – ‘Green Trees’ billboard.
Every time Honda sells a Civic Hybrid they will plant 6 trees on behalf of the person buying it.
Civic Type R – ‘Backed by our passion’ billboard.
Honda Type R – Metrolight.
This never made it past concept stage but I’m still a fan of it. It’s always difficult to show how fast a car is given our tough advertising standards in Australia, but by tweaking a rotating metrolight to spin super fast we can show the consumer how ‘racey’ the Type R is.
