Cadbury Australia had a problem with the way Australians saw their Dairy Milk Chocolate range. While the blocks remained Australia’s favourite chocolate, it seemed that chocolate lovers were stuck buying only their favourite flavours. Simply put, they weren’t even thinking about the other flavours they had never tried. Cadbury needed to make customers daring again and put exploration of new flavours back on their agenda.
